A Journey Built on Hard Work

Established in 2008, J. Pagaragan Construction & Development OPC was built on hands-on experience, technical expertise, and a deep commitment to quality.

The company was founded by our President, Macario F. Pagaragan, Jr., a graduate of BS Civil Engineering from Far Eastern University, whose career began at the project level—working directly on site, solving real construction challenges from the ground up.

From his early years as a local Project Engineer to gaining valuable international exposure in Dubai and across the Philippines, Engr. Pagaragan steadily developed the practical knowledge and leadership that shaped the company’s direction. These experiences laid the foundation for a construction firm known today for dependable workmanship, disciplined execution, and projects delivered with precision and accountability.
